I've asked my friend. He's absolutely sure it was on the road, but I mean that place is real deep inside, so don't know whether it's really street legal.

it's definitely not SG road-legal. I've only seen one LHD vehicle on our roads, it has a LHD sticker on the rear 'windscreen' (sorry don't know the exact term), should be a LTA rule. So if that veyron has that sticker too, maybe it is approved, but that's very unlikely.
