  I'm looking for a capable mechanic to tighten the front bumper....
  
  The sides seem to be coming loose with gaps showing....the center portion (adjacent to the license plate) is firm though...
  
  is the bumper warped or what? I suspect some clips might be broken...
  
  i've approached about 2 mechanics and they don't seem to able to give a good reason for the defect, nor do they seem to know what to do.

  Might be you banged something/someone...
  So far, Most of the major car club members swear by Lye Designs...
  Personally i saw some of the "Panel beating" done by Lye and found them to be one of the best around..
