  my friends all said that to learn driving and motorbike have changed to 21 yrs old now... is it true ? he said he ask the driving school they say 1

  TS, if the driving school say one, then why not just ask the driving school instead? I mean, not like we're TP or LTA, I think you'll get more concrete answers if you call up traffic police helpline instead..

  not true, i'm takin my class 2B now and i still see those young punks who are definately under 21yrs of age.

  those born in 1991 can onli take their license after 21 lor.... the young punks u see are definitely born in 1990 or something.. the law change liao... sad. born in 1991 de must learn liscene onli after 21.. law has changed.
