hey guys, just wanna ask if im driving a military vehicle and there was this taxi infront suddenly stopped to pick up a freaking passenger and cant brake on time thn hit. small dent and he claim ard $400 - $500 . do u tink we shld pay?

That's between him and the SAF. But you will be stuck in the middle coz you were driving. I was a mechanic during my NSF days and seen a few accidents. Its best to leave it to your MT officer but you will be needed as a witness. From what I know, drivers in the SAF will get discipline action, even if its not your fault. So be prepared lah....
most probably ur fault. why? cause back hit front most probably is back fault. they just say why u no follow safe following distance. taxi always be careful, try not to stay at the left and back side of them.
