Not worth it. This is a PI black edition, without the keyless entry/LED running lights, etc etc. What's more the internals have been fiddled with, what ECU tune to 550bhp? ie not stock. If the owner is selling after 7 months, to me that is one big question mark. Which self respecting owner would bother to modify an already very powerful car, only to dump it 7months later? Lemon signs?
There are better deals out there. There are already more than 100 PI GT-Rs registered in Singapore, and with the recent financial outlook, you can be sure to find better (and cheaper) second hand GT-R deals a few months down the road.
not a good deal. y sell so fast after getting it? maybe this was the one that had a real bad accident a few months back. and like nightsky said, tune to 550bhp. u sure?
its really amazing for the power to weight ratio, this car still accelerates like nobody's business..
but anyway.. nightsky, if i had the $ i sure mod this monster into smth else.. mod into smth that nobody has ever seen! get the 3.3s to sub 2s!

LOL then the limit is not the car, is how many Gs the human body can take liao.. lol I will also surely mod and leave all the lamborghini and ferarri owners stunned..
If the previous R34 GT-R people can mod upwards of 800bhp, I think it's only a matter of time before someone somewhere (most probably in japan) manages to do the same with the R35, this is only the beginning for the new Godzilla!

sub 2s?! your eyes will come out from the back of your head already! lol
Thanks for all your comments. Here's another deal which im not sure if its worth it again. http://www.sgcarmart.com/used_cars/info.php?ID=29262&DL=1000.Is this deal better and more worth it then the previous deal.If this is a better deal, i think i will go down to view it already. Thanks

its ok.. i love that feeling.. =p
nothing is too much! wahhaa..
if can quad turbo it, i might even try.. LOL!!!!! mwahaha..

what would be the compression ratio in quad turbo
shawn, actually im quite skeptical abt these cars leh. so new in the market and owner wanna sell it.
zerolcool: yup i love the feeling too. but too bad such cars can nv be within my means.

As per normal TC lo. Using a famous quad turbo (shd be able to guess which), the comp is 9.0:1, nothing special.

Then u will need 8-pot brakes liao.. LOL
The TP will get busy.
lol.. the lowest kind of compression available! i dunno the figures! all i know i wanna get my current car's compression to 12!!!
8 pot brakes not enuf la! i wanna use the brabus cls rocket 12 pot brakes!.. cross slotted drilled ceramic brakes..
eh.. actually get the old lancia delta enuf liao.. 0-100 in 2.6s!!! old sch power!!!
if i had a gtr.. hmm.. my insane mods will be... full conversion to a gt styling! with super wide cf gt wing.. cf lips and side skirtings..
18" with full slick tyres with buldging side walls..
aiya.. just go look at the gt styling gtr can alr =D
as for engine wise, crazy enuf to try quad turbo =p.. try to achieve 6s 1/4 miles..
wahahah! sorry.. long time since i day dream so much..
bigger brake pads = shorter braking distance?
take more heat - yes, shorter braking distance - not really

Haha your current car is NA, that's why can push up to 12 mah.. But 12 is very high! I think even the CTR is 11+ only lol. LOL 12 pot!! I don't think 18inch can clear lol, even the GTR 6 pot brakes, the rim size is about 20inches?

Shorter braking distance - not really?!?!
Of course the more number of pots you have, the shorter the braking distance, if not why do you think most sports cars are minimum 4 pot (GTR has 6) while normal sedans normally usually have only 2pots? So tell me, do you think a GTR can stop from 100-0 in a longer distance or shorter distance than a nissan sunny?
If the idea of having bigger brakes is not to shorten the stopping distance, then please kindly enlighten me and the rest of us for what f**k all the higher performance cars have very big brakes? To look good?

what logic is that?
it would depend on the speed and weight on the car

I give you one example. The Impreza 1.5R weights 1325kg, while the WRX weighs 1359kg. So tell me why oh why does the WRX have 4 pot brakes while the 1.5R only has 2 pots?? Don't tell me the difference of 20+kg will have such a huge effect on the brakes that it warrants an additional 2 pots?
http://everything2.com/index.pl?node_id=1711951, the stopping distance recorded
I'm sure the C36, Saab, Subaru Liberty (Legacy) weighs more than the Corolla.
Car 90kph (a) 120kph (a)
Ferrari 550 Maranello 33.6 94.8% 59.7 94.9%
Mercedes C36 36 88.5% 63 89.9%
Mercedes SLK230 Kompressor 36 88.5% 62.7 90.3%
Saab 9000 Aero 36.6 87.0% 66.3 85.4%
Subaru Liberty RX 40.8 78.1% 70.8 80.0%
Lexus ES300 42 75.8% 73.8 76.7%
Audi A4 43.5 73.2% 80.7 70.2%
Mazda MX-5 45.6 69.9% 76.8 73.7%
Mazda Protege 47.4 67.2% 86.1 65.8%
Toyota Corolla 55.8 57.1% 95.7 59.2%
The table shows the stopping distance in metres from each of two speeds, with the deceleration (a) in percent of g. Note that the Ferrari is braking at just under 1g, but the Corolla only managed less than 60 percent of 1g.
Yes, the bigger brake is to take more heat and braking distance is depending on the weight and speed of the car. the higher the mometum / mass the longer the braking distance A car has only 4 points on the ground so no matter how big your brake is its still depends on the area on that 4 points.

Yes of course I do know that the energy need to brake a car is dependant on the equation E= mv ^ 1/2, ie mass (weight) and velocity (speed) of the car.
But my point is that all things being stock, having bigger brakes will help braking distance such as being more fade resistant. Of course having bigger brakes is not the be all and end all, things like quality of tyres, brake fluid, pads, etc etc etc does play a part as well.

haha.. i know 12 will be very high.. yeah.. CTR is 11.. but i think its possible to up the compression with oversized bored pistons.. with lots of skimming needed to be done to the block.. yeah man! my NA project! hopefully can la.. i'll be happy to hit near 12!
hmm, think need 20" rims to clear the AMG 12pot brakes. i forgot alr.. i was finding the magazine earlier on, trying to find that rocket article..
