Just bought picanto: Did I get ripped off?

Hi guys
Just bought picanto from C&C for 32999.
Was asked to top up 200 for solar film and 650 for leather seats.
Have I been ripped off?

Ok lar... but bear in mind the petrol, insurance, road tax, fines, ERP and parking charges that could amount to close to $1000 in total expenses per month.

Yes.. in fact.. I recommend no more than 7 years. because if you take a 10 year loan... you have to stick with the car for more than 7 years to avoid high depreciation and instalments default.

I oso got a picanto for $32999. Whois your salesperson? I took the 10yr 30k loan coz i intended to drive for long and to maintain low monthly instalments. Low maintenance too! hehe.. I know im gona get stuck to this car for long..
I got the $2k accessories promo so i bargained for the leather seats, sports rims, rev sensors, alarm. Asked for full yr road tax he wun give. He den offered me $400 for solar films in exchg for the extra 6mths road tax, effectively i got the solar films for ard $200+.
Gurus here...worth it ornot? I oso first timer buyer...

One thing to note: Picanto doesn't comes with ABS (Sgcarmart put 'yes') and SRS. Safety aspects may not be that good altho its body is hard.
Need to drive carefully with this toy...
I was told the sproiler for the new picanto wasn't in stock yet. How true is this? I was quite in doubt...

Oh yah, also changed the audio player to Kenwood w USB support..

I think so long we drive properly.. even if there's no ABS or SRS, it's possible to stay ok. Besides, having ABS and SRS doesn't mean the car is safe.

ABS doesn't mean the car won't skid or whatsoever.BTW if anybody need to purchase a new car feel free to PM me.Got freebies like Leathers,Solar films,DVD,Srims..My friend is a car dealer.

u mean u opt for package A which gives u free leather seat and sports rim?I opt for package C which has minus 800 insurance and reverse camera.
Top-up 650 for leather seats and 200 for solar films.
Wife called SE up and got visors.
Hope I never got ripped off. This the first time I buy car.

yup...package A more worth it i tink...
leather seats and sports rims cost near 2k liao...rev sensor and alarm was optional for picanto i suppose...he add in for mi den offerred the kenwood player when we asked for it...road tax he give 1yr when i willing to top 400 for the solar film...altho i noe these accessories were up-price by the dealer...

Yah...ABS i noe can do without since im not the kind who drive like a racer...
The oni disappointing thing is i dun get the spoiler...he say no stock...i duno to believe ornot...

i tink i could have gotten the insurance deal oso..din reali calculate which is more worth but based on my age...my insurance cost mi almost 2k...
Laoda99, i tink with ur insurance amt u could have gotten a better deal with package A...
