driving age changing?

  what is this rumour going on about the legal driving age to take a license changing? so far its been those born in 1991 arent allowed. thats the cap for the age? i really need to know because im 1991 and im an avid car and driving fan. i always take my parents car out and its has become and addiction. now i have to wait another 3 years to take my god forsaken license??

  please ppl tell me what you know...

  those rumours are crap.

  it is spread by people who are too lazy to go for driving lessons, and also do not want others to be able to drive before them.

  this rumor had been around for years, and surprisingly, the legal driving age had not change for a long long time.

  they will announce in the papers and news if there's really any change.

  if they change to 21 i will go overseas take my international licence. some countries allow 16 year old to drive car.

  fyi. Overseas license allow you to drive overseas. Singapore, need a Singapore license.

  Age is not an issue here.... Good & proper driving habits is the key to safe driving....

  If you are not fit to drive....... be it legally, mentally or physically.....then DON"T DRIVE...
