Now AIG lawyer want me to accept less then 10% to close case .. They if I want to proceed to summon the bastard lorry driver, I must be prepard to fork out more than $10k if I lose.. If I win, I get my $600 access ... is this ridiculous or what ...???

actually you are right ... I wanted to do that .. when I spoke to him yesterday, I wanted to fark him up ... then as I get more angry, he warned me ... so I back down, afterall, fighting with lawyer sure lose... anyway, that driver, when he gave me his license, I thought he was sincere and I didn't asked for more like IC address etc ... boy ... I was stupid man ....

take it as a lesson learned, an expensive lesson. we all make mistakes, we just have to learn from them.
Next time write down all his particular,Take pic of the damage,The lorry type,angle,timing everything la,Singaporean nowadays a lot of kacheng kia.Like to denied things when they are wrong.

Better to just swallow that bitter pill and carry on with life.
I think just go with it. Dont try to sue, waste time waste energy. Treat you sway, and buy the lorry 4d can liao
