Car hit by fallen branch

Dear forum,
My car had an accident. It was hit by a tree branch that fell when it was parked in a HDB carpark near a tree.
I wish to seek your opinion on compensation, if that is possible.
1. If the branch seems like rotten, is there a chance to get compensation?
2. who can I ask for compensation?
3. trees are all over singapore planted by ..... and we cannot remove a tree if we want. So many trees are planted along car parks. If a branch falls on a resident's car, is it not compensatable?
4. based on your knowledge , if it is not fault of mine, how will my car insurance be affected?
Hope to get some advise.

Trees under jurisdiction of NParks. But very unlikely the tree is rotten, if it's rotten, the whole tree will come crashing down instead of just only a branch.
These kind of things, if the damage is serious, LPPL self-claim lo. I don't think your insurance coverage includes 'Tree deciding to shed it's branch'. Can't be helped one lah, this kind of thing very heng suay. Maybe next time park MSCP?

sorry u wont get any compensation
according to the law
its under the act of natural. its not the goverment fault that the broken branch hit yr car
if u can get compensation then
old man step on the rock and fall down can also claim compensation because of the "rock"
oldwoman walking hit the lamp post can also claim compensation because of the "lampost"
not that im trying to suan u but i have job involve with LTA and i hear most of the such case is unclaimable

Don't know how to read? I already said in my previous posts trees are under the jurisdiction of NParks.

act of god. depending on insurance policy, some allow u to claim. but seriously, u can afford a fking car, y so niao? just go do the repairs la.
if u really wanna claim. ask nparks or god.
