I actually took that picture in Indonesia. An F1 event with Lamborghini, Versace and F1 Rocks among the sponsors.
I created a video as well.. With those Lambos revving off..

If I'm not wrong its a original SV rim. Heres a pic which i got from the papers.

Yeah thats true, I did a search with diablo sv on google and found two different sv pictures with fixed headlamps without wing and flip-up with wing on the sv, but anyway heres what i found on exoticspotter spotted by Jozef Vidra. I think this picture is taken after Frank chew sold it off to its new owner who added a wing.Sorry thers some problems with the link i wanted to post. Its at exoticspotter, go to search engine at the top right hand coner and type singapore. Its on page 14.

Nothing too exotic, but still rare enough. First up is a Merc CLK500, and even though the words can't be seen, the BMW in front is actually a 750Li, also rather rare for now.
Next up is a BMW 760Li. I checked the plates and it's a real 760Li. The glossy black B-pillars and the 'V12' badges on the front wings can confirm that. It's actually a S*CD car and according to my dad, it belongs to some Brunei guy because the first 2 numbers on the numberplate is 67.
