I don't know what TS had done to him before the video, but the Hyundai driver pretty much deserves it for what he is constantly doing.
I believe the biker and the driver of the VW Bora is aware of what is happening.
TS might be recording without permission, but that video itself can be used for pictorial evidence. Hyundai driver was obviously asking for trouble.
