Car got scratch in Malaysia

My car got scratch by another Singapore car owner in Malaysia. Went to the police both in Malaysia and Singapore but they all said nothing can be done. I am so angry. I have the vehicle number. Can anyone tell me what can I do. I want justice.

got evidence that he scratched ur car mah? any photos?
did u take down the other party's name, driving license, otr details etc?
if nope, then gone case.
msia officers won't give a damn about such stuff at all. i also got involved in such incidents before at the custom. it was drizzling & this car behind us bumped into the back of my car.
both parties got down & the other guy refused to admit that it was his fault & refused to provide details. my friends & i won't let him off either..in the end, the msia custom officers came over & asked us to drive off..
& that evil, pang sai, immoral car driver drove off immediately once he cleared sg customs..(we were all in different lanes at the custom queues)
there's nothing to be done at all w/o his details except for his car plate no. =(

oh course got compensation sure good lah. but i am just very fedup that even the law can't do nothing to him. Is like you know someone has committed a crime and he just go scot free. &#^#@%$@
I even have this thot of getting some gangsters to hunt down his car and teach him a good lesson. This kind of people deserve some punishment and I will curse him everyday from yesterday onwards. Including all those in the same car, his friends, relatives and even his family....

He did it on purpose. While at the custom, he tried to cut into my queue but failed. So he 'bo song'. Followed me all the way till I parked my car and walked off. I turned back at a distance and saw him. By the time I run up, he hop into his car and drove off.
Yes, getting my car scratch is a small matter (although is from the back of the car to the front, one deep line), but for him to do this just because he couldn't cut into the queue! Isn't this much smaller a matter! This kind of people need and will be punished, in whatever way....

I feel bad for you TS.
I have also learnt that evil people exist.
many cars have scratch marks if you observe closer.
I believe its done by people with twisted minds.
I wonder would any of you claim insurance to fix the scratch?
In the 1st place, without proof, is it claimable? Even if so, if the insurance says you did it on purpose how?
Just a doubt i have in mind.

I actually empathise with this scenario but sadly, I don't think our hopeless TP can or will do anything. Sadly, I think you will have better luck privately cursing that the fella who scratch your car will have a sorry end...
