Hi forum,
maybe there was a mistake on my part but I could not find any topic on fuel additive.
I like to check with forummers if you have tried a product called EP-1 fuel additive?
Is it good or effective as claimed?
what's your experience with this that is sold in petrol kiosks?
if not effective, it would not be allowed to be sold right? it claims this and that right?
so, is it effective?
more importantly, could it do any , Any damage ?
regards

Our petrol is already 1 of the very best in the world, don't need that, just waste of $,use Shell Vpower is good enough.
EP-1 Power Fuel Additive is a additive made up mainly from palm oil, apart from being a fuel additive, it is also a fuel booster to the engine's combustion chamber.
How do u boost a engine's combustion chamber?
Can a engine's combustion chamber be boosted?
This guy is better than the inventor of internal combustion engine

dont waste your money. different petrol companies add different addictives to their petrol. thats y some ppl say esso give your car more power, caltex cleaner bla bla bla. won't say it isnt effective. but whatever gains u get from the addictive doesnt justify the cost of it.
Dear friends,
Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
I like to know further, as i have already paid for the EP-1,
would it do any damage to the engine if used?
Despite the bad reviews from forummers I still hope to pour it into the petrol tank after top-up since money already sunk-in (so 2 speak), might as well use it.
any thoughts on this? could it be used in other components of the car? engine break oil? kekekeke.... just a wild thought. But hope you all get the idea.
cheers.

why come and ask our opinion if in the first place you didn't give a hoot about what the forumners said? Seykai made a very good point in that the idea of fuel additives is equivalent to the modern form of 'snake oil'.
Secondly, why worry about damaging the engine if you already bought it? I mean, should you not have thought about the possibility of fuel additives damaging your engine before actually buying the thing? Well, I think the cost of an engine overhaul far outweights one bottle of magic fuel additive.
In any case, using the additive for non prescribed purposes, such as adding to brake fluid or engine oil.. highly unrecommended.
