mostly no deal 1... u just go buy newspaper classified n research by urself lah...
most car rental companies no rent to "just passed" new drivers... cos if kena accident, no money to pay... insurance money also not enough... dont go show off in a sports car loh... -
i've just passed my driving license, age 18+, any car rentals companies to recommend. or are there companies who rent out cars to below 21 drivers? West side preferrably. (:

How about this? EAZI-Car Lease at Turf City. I just browse the net to find this. I dunno about their service though. They allow 18 year old and P-plate drivers, but the insurance excess will be high. That's what I see from their website.

so long as the driver age is 26 years old and below, the quotation of the insurance premium is higher... -
