Hi guys,
I found that drivers here tend to be rude and cold maybe they think they are a special breed cause able to afford cars here in SG(COE, taxes, erp charges...)
While pedestrians like me have to endure the extreme heat , this people think they rule the roads..so my take is take the cars out and reclaim our rights for the masses here who subscribe to public transportation. This way we can foster community spirit and not cold gaze between the 2 groups
hi girls,
I found that pedestrians here tend to be rude and bo chup maybe they think they are well protected by the law here in SG(car bang peds on road or pavement, car wrong; car bang peds when cross on red man, car wrong.)
While drivers like me have to endure the extreme unpredictable behaviours, these people think they not only rule the pavements but also the roads..so my take is barricade sidewalks and reclaim our rights for drivers here who subscribe to public safety. This way we can foster community spirit and not cold gaze between the 2 groups
yawns.
The atmosphere here resembles court. ![]()
Hi Gays,
I find that gays crossing the road holding hands is a distraction for drivers, and when hit them, the drivers is not only consider wrong, but labelled as anti gay. And worst, those male gays who hug each other in the middle of the road is not romantic at all, not only hitting them is wrong but the process of bailing out, identity and court bills is going to take a long time. Worst of all if the policemen are gays too.
...This thread makes no point....
i jus wasted 30secs..
+1 :D

Do you drive?
You would notice pedestrians walk across with at a "hit me if you dare" gait. My take is take the pedestrian crossings out, so that pedestrians have to be alert and run across the road when there is a gap in the traffic.
This way we can have a population that is fit and alert. The slow and unfit will be wasted, leaving only the strong and fit.
We want an old amah that can sprint across the road to be out in public. Those tottering with a stick should not be crossing roads, anyway.

I drive occasionally...but I feel we don't live in an idealised world.... life still goes on no matter what happens... ![]()
