I m new here and first time planning to get an OPC car for my family.
I have selected some of the OPC cars, but not sure how to compare which one is more worth buying.

first time see 'Sticky' fall down the forum i thought sgforum glue spoil...
i would opt for picanto. it's very diff from sunny in terms of needs, but similar to kelisa. sunny would be the only choice if you need a bigger car, but its fuel consumption is notorious. between picanto and kelisa, picanto would definitely retain its value better. reliability should be similar.
I recommend you Proton Savvy Auto Manual transmission.You can get for $17.5k OTR.Tons of spare part across causeway.Good FC,Reliable if you're not looking into extra accessories.
Better to test-drive and check the car for any hidden traces of accident. Safer to buy a second-hand car from CASE-trusted dealers.
