Hi all.
I'm intending to buy a cheap second hand car over in Australia and i got some issues to enquire regarding manual transmission Hyundai cars.
Is the clutch's biting point very high(like those of a lorry vehicle).
Also, is the shifting of the gearstick very loose in general when you switch between gears?(as compared to other cars.)
Any advices will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
The two points you've stated can vary a lot. If owner changed the clutch plate before, it might affect the biting point. As for gearshift actions, it depends on whether the owner thrashed the gearstick or not. And all these vary between all Hyundai models as well. So go test drive to find out.
it all depends on e car itself... only when you have e 1st drive then you'll have e feel
It's a Hyundai. 'Nuff said.
