  Hi,asking behalf of my friend

   

  recently he have ride a motorbike with expire insurance and road tax and kena (Road block).and they check his motorbike that road tax and insurance expired.so what hte offence for this

  what do u mean what is the offence?

  the offence is riding a bike with expired road tax and insurance lah.
