noticed an entrance in the 2nd CTE tunnel (chin swee) southbound towards AYE.. it's just before the Havelock Rd exit..
strange thing is that there is no lane markings on it and no merging lane from it.. anyone knows where does it come from? thanks!!

this entrance is not used since cte tunnel went into operation. i understand its supposed to be an entrance from Oxley flyover/Fort Canning area,but was scrapped.no idea why,now its a 'white elephant' breakdown bay.

should be the reciprocal of the exit from northbound CTE onto clemenceau ave....

if see from top the entrance to tunnel is visible leh... just hoarded up with concrete. that point corresponds to a bend on clemenceau ave and also underneath on southbound CTE itself, and the ops centre is only at the end of the bend. :(

further supports my speculation that things aren't so simple... secret escape route from oxley rise! you know it's possible.
