I was just wondering, supposing you want to purchase a 1st hand budget vehicle (eg. Kia Picanto), how much would it cost approximately in Singapore (incl. COE, road tax, RF, ARF, insurance ...etc.)?
Basically, how much are we looking at? (In a lump sum...)

Of course, u pay one shot, it's better la. Just need to pay for petrol, road tax, parking insurance and so on... Monthly expenses shouldn't exceed $1k...
If u pay by instalments, then everything will add up to around $1200 per month depending on your loan amount and insurance costs.

If u not really need a car, buy opc or totally dont buy.
Dont add burden to your $$.
