Driving licence age limit!

Nw I'm 16 and my aim is to get a licence and drive a subaru WRX STI. I got some of my friends saying that now you must be 21 and above to take driving licence but my parents ay its still 18! i'm very confused!

Somemore u only got 12 points. Now laser speed camera, accidents and jams everywhere. haha. Cannot go fast also.

Go and aim to get A1 for your A Maths, kid. That's a more important aim.
