I was driving along Jurong East road, the stretch between JE MRT station and IMM. I need to do a U turn and the arrow sign was blinking so I sped up to the corner and make a U turn. When I was 1/4 through my U turn, the light changes to red and the other direction changes to green almost immediately hence the other side have to stop for a moment for me to complete my U turn. May I know what are the chances of me getting caught by the red light camera there? I was 6pm then, couldn't really see if there's flash.
the flash is obvious de. 12 noon also can see
nope... you already cross means you already cross... it would have detected you crossing the stop line before the light chances...
The flash is damn obvious and it will go off twice... you will definitely spot it!!...
The thing is you should just do your u-turn faster... usually when we all beat red light to do and u turn, we would have completed the turn even before the cars from the other side start moving off...
dun worry TS...it's a simple ''i crossed the white line before red light'' thing,so wun get penalised. Even if u beat the red light, there's nothing u can do already except fine and demerit points.
Yeah.. Don't worry too much.. If you dont notice any flashing, means everything is fine.. once u cross the white line before the green arrow finish blinking, you will not get penalised for it.. if u cross the white stop line after the green arrow stop blinking, u will get flashed

seems to me that these lights dun flash when one is turning on the red.
