I
am already having lessons with a private driving instructor now but the
instructor's schedule is always fully packed and I cannot make
appointments with him. He also often make last minute cancellation. So
far I have only made 7 lessons with him but he cancelled 2 of them,
which means I have only gone to 5 lessons with him. I started lesson
with him recently at the start of February. Each lesson is only 1hr.
Anyways, because my TP test is at April, I am considering to engage
another private instructor so that I can have more time to practise
driving. I called the other instructor today he also everything say ok
but he wants me to pay a $50 registration fee just like my current
instructor.
But there is one thing that I found it suspicious and that is he keeps
prompting me for my current instructor's car plate number. When I said
I don't remember it at the moment, he still say "how could it be?" and
then continue to ask me to go find again for the car plate number. Then
he said we should have lesson tomorrow evening and then I can let him
know the car plate number during the lesson.
Why does he need my current instructor's car plate number so badly? He
keeps asking me to find it out for him. I am feeling fishy about what is he going to do with this number. I am just intending to have 2 instructors so that I can have more time slots to practise since my current one is always so busy. I don't want him to go find my current one and make a huge fuss about the whole thing.
aiya, he just checking whether he know your current instructor anot
dont be paranoid
It would be better if you register with one of the driving school though its expensive. You will be assured of practice time slots. There will be both theory and practical lessons right from day one till the day you take your test.
