guys! follow the link below and read the news in newspaper, becareful when you go suntec carpark ah, they any how catch and wheel clamp people car then say people cheat, somemore want people to pay them few thousand dollar sia. I think suntec carpark manager is so stupid sia, any how catch people then say people cheat the parking fee. sack him lah, such a stupid manager hahahaha malu sia, suntec so big company STUPID AND IDIOTIC SUNTEC CARPARK MANAGER!!!!!!!

i read the whole article but find no reason to blame the management of suntec.
the problem lies with the transferred IU.
the victim is just plain unlucky.

Mr Koay was kind enough to go down to Suntec City to clarify on the matter. Probably wasted half a day to settle a mistake made by the Suntec City management and got his car wheel clamped and only got a SORRY and a $13.20 compensation........ in which Mr Koay was the victim, driving all the way from home to clarify... and parked at the car park for 6 hours.
Certainly, $200 Suntec vouchers would have been a more polite way to say Sorry...
If Mr Koay had been nasty, he could have sued Suntec City for damages worth up to $5,000. We are talking about Libel lawsuit here.
He should have sued Suntec City for wasting his time, defamating him, and unauthorized damage to personal property. -

Sometimes the contractor managing the complex change, and it is the previous property managing company that did not do the job well, so they are replaced by the current managing company.
The real culprit should be caught while doing the cheating. This was a failing of the then property managing company.
The present property managing company was only doing their job.
How many people know that used IUs are being reused, before this incident?
