Hi any experience drivers can advise me. I bump into a vios a yr ago, the bumper abit dislodge, Its abt 10km drive when i hit him. I checked with BM, the repair would not cost more then $800, incl new bumper, spray paint, clips, workmanship.
Now the 3rd party claim is $7k. This is definitely fraud. The driver's ''friend''(workshop guy) refuse my offer to let it get repaired at BM, and a courtesy car too.
Any good lawyers to recommend? I think insurance company also sometimes to save time, will just pay them.
