Certis Cisco Special Parking Exemption

  I have noticed that Certis Cisco Vans park indiscriminately along busy roads/bus lanes etc. Are they allowed to do so? Are they breaking any traffic laws? I have not seen them being fined at all. Can anyone clarify? Thank you.

  Is it those dark colored vans that carry alot of money, and have warning label on its side telling you of its anti hijack system?

  if they want to top up the ATM with $$, you want them to stop at the shopping centre's loading bay ah?
  
  waiting at loading bay itself takes 15mins.
  
  Jurong Point one dono take how long.
  
  or you want them to park at HDB MSCP across the road and cross traffic light with cases of $$$$?
