License Revoked after that ....

Hi my license is revoked cos of drunk driving.
Here's the situation. I am the owner of the car and the insurance is under me and my wife just got her driving license (what irony).
Do I need to change the owner of the car?
How should i deal with the existing insurance?

Please advise, thank you.just call the insurance company and they can advise U accordingly...
if U can hold the insurance without a driving licence and ur wife is named as the driver...there is no issue...
if not the insurance holder can be changed and most likely the premium will have to increase because of the P-plate.
if U are not happy with ur current insurance...just cancel....get a pro-rated premium back and ur wife can insure from whichever company she wants, as a P-plater.
whatever way U choose,just make sure the car stays where it is before U get the insurance done.
