Fyi, if u r a P-plate, I suggest u go or Nanyang or India insurance, can easily save u up to a few hundred dollars. NTUC will get u killed. If not, an alternative is use yr father's name for the car. If he had 20 yrs driving experience, can save you at least half the insurance cost.
A 98 car should be a SCR, SCU series. And yes, if you wanna save money, don't go for a SiR. A bit contradicting here I guess.
Auto or manual depends on the car I drive. If its a coupe, I would go for a manual of cos, whereas I prefer a Manual for saloon car. Of cos, I do agree age does make a different. SiR consider a saloon car or not? errrr...... to me not really lor, heh.
Oh btw, I'm driving an automatic car now anyway.
