The new Lancer looks pretty good. There are just too many Sunny's on the road already.
If you are looking at a supermini, the Fit and Colt are nice too. -

Regarding the comparison between the Nissan and the New Lancer, I hope I can help you. Initially I was looking for Nissan but like wat others says........too common.....I saw the Advert and immediately went to test drive the Lancer........No Diff.....only thing is that the Lancer has a very cool exterior!!! So I bought it!!!
I heard that if you buy a NEW Nissan, if you try driving up to Malaysia and if it rains, there is a possibility of engine getting drown. -
Nissan sunny supersaloon Vs mitshibishi new Lancer....well, i can say that nissan is comfort for driving and the internal etc is better than mitshibishi new lancer. But it too common as u can see many of it on the roads. Mitshibishi lancer is not a bad choice esp for 20plus to drive. I like it too.....

Feel that the new lancer is nice but there's only one problem.
The road are gonna flooded with BLACK and SILVER lancer soon. Not much other colors. -
Black Lancer looks FANTASTIC!!!
Interior is the same for The New Lancer comparing with the old GDI Lancer.

Nissan cars are far far safer than Mitsubishi cars..........maybe u would wish to consider HONDA CIVIC 1.6 LITRE VTEC

This Mazda actually is on a Ford Mondeo engine but still look solid and steady.
I made a 30% downpayment for the New Lancer. Better for me because no need to pay too much monthly.

I personnaly drive the 2001 series gdi lancer, the ride is good. The new lancer is not that fantastic looking in my opinion.
If you have more than $100K to spare, then I strongly suggest you get a alfra romeo 147 or 156 with selespeed. It's marvellous, that's going to be my next car..... -

Yes i do agree that black color lancer look fantastic, but the only problem like i point out is that it'll soon be very common, like the Nissan SUnny or Toyota Corolla. Basically I saw black and silver lancer to be very common, but dunnoe about other color.
And yes, its normal to wait a few mnths before collecting car nowsaday due to the demand. My dad just got his car after a 4 mnths wait. Anyway like I say, got a friend who drvie the new lancer, not a bad car for the amount paid, but can be better. That's what i feel. -

I paying about 600 per month with 30% downpayment.
The New Lancer is just a face lift but worth buying because of the price.
Have to compare apple to apple. Nissan and Toyota have fantastic interior and a trend to Singapore Market. Very good family saloon car indeed. That is why there are many on the roads at the moment. Lancer is a more sporty look for youngsters like me
Conclusion is that it all depends on what you want and what you can afford. No cars are perfect in engine wise...........it all depends on YOU! -

Yeah! I took a 10 years loan from CitiBank....the rate is 2.7% I think....forgot after waiting so long for the car
