Honda Jazz and Mazda 323

Hi
I am looking for an affordable, reliable, no thrills or frills car to go from point to point.
Honda Jazz looks good although it is only 1.4 L. May i know why is it not so popular in Singapore ? I mean, I don't see many of them on the street. Similarly for Mazda 323.
for some advices please.

if i want a cute car i'd get a jazz or fit
but if i feel like a family man, i'd get a 323 -

Forget about colt, go for the Fit. Be it 1.3 or 1.5, its definitely not an underpowered car, whats more it looks really good with the bodykit.Originally posted by justyme:i did. I have test drive a 1.3, its really good but as for the price tag its kind of pricey now. I would be going for a 1.5 very very soon, in another weeks time or so, if you want we could buy it together and try to slash the price -
323 is pretty good, provides decent power and good mileage. From what my fren says he gets about 500 km to a tank. maybe abit more. Suggest u test drive both and C the one u like

no offence to mazda drivers but i personally will not encourage any1 to go for a Mazda 323, if wanna get a NEW car.
The reason is being that the model was ard for very long........... and look kinda plain.
Now got one protege. Bascially look the same to me except with fog light. Mazda design very sianz............ other like nissan, honda, mitsubishi, toyota change design 3-4 times liao and they are still at the same.
And engine wise also lose out to the above few mentioned. -

why not consider the Daihatsu YRV turbo.
Spacious and powerful. Althou engine is a tad too raw...
but 128 bhp is no joke

I suggest u better get Jazz...........don care y it is not popular............different people have different tastes...............so, if u like Jazz, juz go to the showroom to take a look.........juz like wat i did,haha.........i went to the Nissan showroom at Bukit Timah and ask the salesman for a cataloge on the New Nissan Sunny and he juz gave it to me.................

also...the powerband is linear..so the boost effect is not really there(no sudden thrust feeling)..no doubt the car is fast on straights..heheheheh
