  I joined Cityspeed last year..They hv more cars locations as before and more are added into the list...more than NTUC..
  
  Cityspeed hv cars in town area but not NTUC..Cars in town are convenient for me..booked the car before hand and after work collect car and do my outdoor activities..wedding dinner, clubbing...and the next day just return to the same location where you collected the car. They hv lots of cars near to HDB areas, Toa Payoh, Bukit Batok, Orchard Road...very near to MRT stations..very..very..convenient
  
  I am not sure what you are looking for in a car sharing scheme..if you need to drive very often..forget this scheme..get your own car..
  
  You need to plan properly and make full use of the car for the period of time ...and not use it everyday..it will be a killer
  
  So when you passed your driving test..do you work in town...

  My friend just joined Honda ICVS...very expensive if you use it on weekday during office hours. Overnight is cheap $20/night excluding mileage..so if you travel 30 km that will be $0.30/km x 30 km. Total $29/-
  
  HONDA ICVS only available in town - 5 locations.
  
  I also encourage my friend to join CITYSPEED. CITYDRIVE is also there..I rented a car for one full day (weekday and singapore use)..unlimited mileage..for $55/-...
  
  CITYSPEED STAFF - Service is good..THEY are very friendly (girls are beautiful)
  
  Whizzcar tapped into NTUC resources..
