Hello everyone. I am currently doing a survey for my school project, and hope you guys can answer them for me here.Thanks.
Here it goes:
1. What are your views on the policy of imposing ERP(Electronic Road Pricing)?
never welcomed the idea.
2.Do you know what GPS(Global Positioning System) is?If yes, what are your views about introducing it as a policy to fix into vehicles in Singapore.
yes i know what is GPS. how big is singapore ? lost ? call matah please. we are so tiny that a sports car( max speed lets say 240kmh) is considered wasted. no sense of privacy leh, u go everywhere the whole world knows. wth!
3.Are you, the vehicle users, willing to fork out the sum of money required to buy and fixed it?
rather spend the money on modding my future car or for other BETTER stuff
4.Do you think it is troublesome to fix onto your vehicles?
get a car technician to help.
5.Do you think it can somehow solve crime-busting(mainly stealing of cars)in Singapore?
only low-tech thieves. a high-tech one would wreck the GPS crap THEN proceed to drive the car. just like ppl disable the car alarms to steal the car right ?
6. Lastly, any extra comments to add on?
GPS in local cars only for rich show off ppl.
P.S For those that don't have a clue on what a GPS is, it is actually a network of systems that work together to track down the location of vehicles that had receivers fixed onto them.
eh i thought GPS is a network of 64 satelites? using at least 3 satellites to triangulate yr position?
