$400 monthly for a presea is highly impossible unles u put a huge amount of downpayment.
In fact $400 is highly impossible for most cars with very minimum downpayment.
wat i can suggest to u is go look for a swift GL, Charade, look ard and maybe can carry on installment for the charade GTti.
