Unidentified BMW Object

Dear readers who are interested in BMWs, recently I've seen a 3-series saloon(E46 generation), silver in colour, a couple of times. Also one night at One Fullerton driving out of the carpark on 24th Oct at about 1+am. Special thing is, this beemer has got twin exhausts on both sides
. Never seen another one like it before and the only 3-series E46 i know that has 4 exhaust pipes is the M3...but it isn't 
.
Anyone who's seen this guy around please post as well
It'd be great if the owner himself is in this forum as well

well,the owner can always modify wz all that after market gadgets.
I had seen 330Cia with M3 look-alike exhausts and sharkfin antena.
I assume when u are saying twin tailpipes, you are saying four pipes..somwehre in middle of rear valance (like M3/M5)and not very near the sides..
people can always mod wz kits..dun get too excited..haha -
Heh yeah mods are likely.. And yeah it was four exhaust pipes...two on each side kind. Not similar to the positions of the M3 or M5(which are closer to the centre). This guy's car has it further apart..like nearer to the sides already . So it's quite surprising Hope maybe some of the members here have seen it up close
