Cool huh?
Yup! My MX-5. The car that revived the convertible scene.
It's a '90 model, almost stock standard with minor but useful mods. Still goes like new. Definitely not ricey like having stupid neon lights everywhere or all show and no go trumpet sized exhaust tip, or bumper stickers to "make it go faster".
It only has 116HP @6500rpm, not terribly fast in straight line but going fast in straight line is boring! Even my grandma can do that. But it can carves around curves like it's on rails!
It's so small, it's perfect to park in a place like S'pore. -

I have to be careful where I park Scooty in the garage. His big brother Skatty can't see him very well.

Classic 60s styled interior, every thing has a nice round flow to it. Apparently cars are going back to rounded shape now...

Yup, the engine is small but it's a VERY revy engine. It loves to be redlined all the time, I can take to the hills, redlining it all day and go to work next day as usual. Kinda therapeutic & orgasmic...

OK dudes! Meet Skatty, Scooty's big brother.
Right now, the weather is cool and damp so they stay at home. Come Tuesday(Melbourne Cup Day), it'd be around 24 degree C. Skatty would take Scooty along for a ride provided he promises not to make too much of a racket like rattling in the glovebox.

On a fishing trip at Johana Bay. Believe me, I can put two 5-metre surf fishing rods in the small boot plus a bucket, beach stakes, and other fishing implements. (the rods are telescopic).
