Hi everyone, i am new here. Just like to seek all professional advise about Getz. Though its a Korean car, i must said this one is quite well done. Fell in love with it 2 days ago when i visited the showroom at Ubi.

I too find it cute, but heard that there is no ABS and Airbag...if this is okay with you then I should be fine. Personally I will top up a few more k to go for the Vios.

Hi....i had ask the sales personnel ardy..Getz had the two things you mention. I like it for its design and after i had test drive it i will give you my comments. Whats competitive about it is the price i guess. If i am loaded i dun mind lah...hahaha....

after the latest drop in COE, all cars are about 1-2K cheaper. Its really a good time to buy new car...... -

i know the vios dropped by 2K or more....
a 1.5E Deluxe (A) with guranteed COE is only 66,138 now...
can anyone confirm how much they paid a month ago ? -

Hi narz... what i know is that your mthly payment will depend largely on your downpayment and how many yrs loan you are comfortable with. Even if you do not want to put any downpayment also can but u still have to pay for the drive off price.
I agree its an affordable car but many ppl give it the thumbs down cos its a Korean car. If you have the time maybe you shld go down to the showroom and have a look. Once u sit inside maybe you will like it like i do..

Interest : 2.45%
Monthly : abt $643.25
So with the fall of COE i tihnk now would be slightly lower...happy car hunting.... -

i'm interested in a no frills car that can get me from point to point. don't wish to burn my pocket.... so tis does look like a good buy...
would check out the car dealers after i graduate, at least i know how much i must start saving now... thanks for your help!

Bear in mind the loan is for 10 years. and the monthly maintanence fees include,Road Tax,Insuarance Tax,Car Park,Petrol.
It could easily set you back at least another $200 every month.. -
Ha...no worries narz. But take note like what silvercab had mentioned. There is still other cost involve. Not just the mthly installment. Be sure to do your sums correctly before committing.

Hi narz...as for me i had done my sums so most probably i would be able to "rear" it by nxt year. Hopefully after Jan. I had went down to the showroom twice ardy but not yet test drive. I agree with what u had mention. Many ppl will said that this car is not worth buying. But maybe i am quite hard-headed so i would be following what i myself want instead of what others had in mind.
So if i made a wrong choice i have only myself to blame. If you can afford around 1k per mth you still have many other choice so i would encourage you to look around. -

i seriously won't mind getting tis one... since i juz need a no frills car dat can take it if i go a little faster sometimes (or most times if the traffic allows it, hehe), of coz i'd rather save the $$$ for something else...
in fact, someone juz told me it's only $50K plus now... dat's a lot of savings compared to getting a car which is twice dat amt....
looking ard... i prefer smaller sized or hatch back cars...but the price of those models are kinda too high for a first time car owner like me... so still think dat tis model gives the most value for $$$.... -
Yeah Hi narz...the latest price list is $59888.. If you r staying near to the east, there is a road show at Parkway Parade. Its opposite Parkway near to the Macdonald. They will stay there till this Sunday. So see you around....
