currently using 5W60 oil.
going to change to 10W30. if the oil i'm going to change is too thin for the engine, what will happen?
in my car user manual, it states my car can take 10W30. but my car is 6yr old liao. can it still take the above stated?
The indication for eg. 5W & 10W is only applicable to cold country so no issue.
It is not advisable to change to 30 velocity as your car is already 6 yrs old, 40 will be just right for the age of your car.
