for chjimes, i can confirm is rate is $6 a nite.
for airport, rate is b4 midnite $1 / 0.5hr and $0.5 / hr after midnite if i dun remember wrongly. max $16 / 24hrs -

Normally if I go Orchard or Scott roads I will try to take a public transport.
The same applies to town areea too.
But can try isetan scotts after 6pm. and (whole day) sat and sun is $2/=
Or dun ming the hassle of walking (ashort distance) correct me if I'm wrong, along Kiliney road theres a BP and along the BP stretch parking aft 7pm if free. -

Suntec city is econmic also, mon to fri aft 5pm is $1/entry
For Sat, Sun and public holidays (so I remembered) parking fees is strictly $1/entry -
