Matrix is a very old model already.. selling around 63 k now..
Vios... 63 k also..
I will say.. Matrix is a car.. something like a mini- MPV... but its Hyundai... its engine is not tt reputable... and consider this... Matrix... if u next time want to sell.... no one will buy... even thou got buyers... u will get a very big loss.
Vios on the other hand... is a new model.... looks quite sporty.. thou the interior is a bit crampy... but its definitly a car of some style.. performace wise is definitly better than matrix...
With 63 k... i rather get the Vios... Matrix is outdating soon.
or y not u consider the Corolla Altis.... around 73 k... price is gd for a car with spacious interiour... style.. and so on...
My altis is coming in march.. me young driver too ! lol...

if it me i definately opt for a matrix.Originally posted by GwenSilvz:Argh!! Can't decide on which car to get! I'll just be using it as a means of transport; going to and back from school and supper late at night.
I like the Matrix because has a big interior and lots of compartments. The front seats can also be folded down so it's kinda like a bed...especially useful at fable, fort canning...It's also quite unique for a youngster to drive such car ( I'm 18 ). It also has foldable tables at the back...like on a plane... This car really treats passenger good. On the con side, it's max power n torque is weaker than Vios' 1.5 VVTi engine...even though it's a 1.6l engine. That's probably the only thing I like about Vios...and it can do 1-100 in less than 10s. And also toyota has better reputation...
Which car will you guys get? Or any comments of these cars?
good. saves money.Originally posted by wuming78:except u can forget abt drinking.![]()

Agree..My Hyundai accent 1.5M has been giving me problems too. I broke down at CTE and the clutch pedal and oil box spoiled. I couldn't change and engage gears. I scrapped the car and bought toyota altis. Now driving the altis happily...Originally posted by tripp_4:Toyota, A fren of mine had a new hyundai (ascent I believe) which started to break down on him after 3 years, and he was a careful driver so I would really put a question mark on their engines.
