  Anyone heard of the rumour that the ARF will be reduced by 50% sometime this year??
  Apparently some chicken head told my dad that and he's delaying the purchase of a new Vios...

  not sure if that is true...but no harm waiting unless you are esparately in need of a car right now.

  but this is only for cars registered before OCt 2002 rite? After that it is based on their Paid ARF value rite?

  yea, i'm waiting for the price to fall before upgrading my car..
  The road tax scheme is def. going to change as bigger CC cars will be taxed less.
