not much of a bad side really, as long as you return the car in its original condition. however always prepare some cash on hand in case you really get into an accident and have to pay them for the damages.

Also be prepared - they check the cars only every few weeks, so you might get a call after 3/4 weeks to say you have to pay for damages ....
Its more inconvenient but best to go to private rental firm as they check the car immediately when you return it.
