  wah malaysia webby so many shitty rules..
  
  saw quite a lot of van hav the 80/90 km/h sticker wah.... tot need to register and pay a small amt...
  like a certain amt for a month thingy... and paste tat sticker...
  600 a bit too much.. not say u will own tat van for 10 yrs s striangth
