what more important this thing has to do is to have a comfortable and safety ride.
it has a very good ride that same class japanese cant offer.
grip is very good and the safety is excellent with 5 stars from NCAP.
this car is flooded with tons of storage area.
engine is torqueful for fast overtaking.
although the powerband is more on the high rev range.
most importantly this car delivers better value for money than any car. -

have u really tried that car out yet? -
This is the one that has all the frills thrown in for the special price. I recall it comes with rear and side blinds, anti dazzle, wing mirror fold and signal, auto headlights, auto wiper, and the list goes on.
What caught my attention was the hidden compartment underneath the front floor mats! Good for you know what...... hehe
So, if you are a gadget freak (oh forgot to say it has a cooler in the glove compartment too) this is the car you are looking for. But if you want to play it safe then go for the "al cheapo" looking fake woodtrim of the Altis. I get the shivers whenever I think about the so called "wood trim" of the Altis.
P.S. I did not buy this but examined this while looking at the Laguna. Also, did not buy the Laguna as I ended buying the 230 Cefiro.

not all cars are made for performance.
it is the driveability that matter the most.
nowadays technology can easily produce a 1000bhp engine.

fyi, the SIR is also 1.6l and it puts out 170 ps. now that kinda power to weight ratio is worth mentioning. u obviously lack the mental capacity of an adult since you failed to convince me in any facet of your arguments other then the fact that you are a vulgar boor.
as for my english, well, it would not puzzle any of the other readers who has a better comprehension of the issue at hand, much alone allow someone of your infinitesimal intellegence come here to criticize my english.
point is, if you are satisfied with the kinda performance the megane gives, then more power to you. i applaude the design and to a certain extent, the internal ergonomics as well, but for me, the engine, for the lack of a better word, sucks. and thats the way it will always be for me. -

i dun always judge my liking for cars on power alone u know. I state facts. And the fact is that the Megane IS underpowered. but then I still like it.
So i cannot state if i think a car is underpowered or not?
