cheap and good amp and sub woofer?

  any one got any recommendation.. on brand and place... ? to get?
  
  wanna find a 10" sub woofer ...and a good amp... buget hehehe 300 okie?... a bit tiget i knoe...
  using normal head unit... for cheap car-van...
  
  or how much should i spent?... no need a exp one.. .but good one can?

  any mid range brands to go after... ?.. for amps and subwoofer?...
  
  --- and jus a Question... : is subwoofer same as those bass tube?
  
  and is there any good subwoofer wif built -in amps?... better?.. or get seperated better?

  Brands depend alot on your budet
