Park at the highest level...

... seen some cars at my carpark...they purposely drove to the highest level to park their car...and did not put parking coupon...
Does this method really work?
The parking attendants wont go to the top level to check meh?

. parking attendants check from the top down. if parked at lower level & front in, there is chance that you might not get noticed when the parking attendant is on the way up. -
My uncle didnt paid for season parking for 3++ years at around sengkang. Got fine only twice. But its much much more worth it.... I will do the same...

maybe they the attendants will take a lift to the highest floor first and statr booking from there..
