where to find tuning places??

  Hi everyone, often see magazines feature tuned/mod car....
  feel like doing the same....anyone can recommend place to do it??
  juz light tuning/moding
  (e.g air intake filter, ground wires, etc.......)haha....only know a few terms when it comes to the parts of cars....
  if possible pls kindly estimate the cost of doing it
  oh ya one more qn....i always see these three round gadgets reading figures inside ppl's car,anyone know wat is it for and the benefit of it??

  Try Eunos... got quite a lot of shops doing exhuast systems... all legal I think...
  
  Those gadgets are gauges, to read your engine oil temp, pressure and rpm I think.... saw a set in my frens car the other time... can't quite remember what they measured...
