I have decided to get a hyundai getz.The salesman said he would give me sports rim and leather seats.
But i was thinking,will sports rim increase my FC?
And do u think i can get more freebies?What do u guys think i should request for.

Ask for reverse sensor and fog light, he will give you size 13 sport rims if I am not wrong. Standard size, FC should be ok...dun worry.....as long he gave you the accessories.

Hi there, i jus got my Getz last saturday. Well if you are going for a budget car, i can say its not bad. Where you got it from? The price now is $56888 for the 3dr and $58888 for the 5dr rite? So the SE is giving you sports rims and leather seat? You can try to ask for more....squeeze more from him........hahahaha....

Got a colleague driving a brand new Getz...SFE plate...after a month, I saw part of the plastic casing, which house the windshield wiper, nozzle, at the base of the front windshield broken off. Goodness me! She told me went for car wash, they rub too hard and it just broke a hole about 5 cm by 2 cm!
Getz must have really cheap plastic moulding!
Any Getz owners care to comment? -

Hello, my first posting here hee hee. driving a getz too. Ur salesman quite good to offer u rims and leather seats. Free sports rim, Leather seats, reverse sensor
Personally tink tat doesnt worth it to get the 1.6L one, with that kind of money, u can get other better cars... or top up another 2k to get Matrix... -

we are driving the Getz 1.3 (for about 20mths) and was very pleased with it.
It has brought us to Malacca and KL and we've not got any complaints about the car

It will be a good car if u do not have many big-sized passengers to drive ard... otherwise the 1.3L will not be enuff....
I personally like the design of the car very much and is considering of getting one now.... juz that the rear passenger space puts me off....
Comparing it with accent .... any diff except the design ???
Accent is cheaper and has a bigger space, aso is 1.5L.
But i dun like accent's gearbox and steering wheel... it looks very plastic.. -

Hmmm, but i oso heard that hyundai cars have high amount of fuel consumption. Izit true?

Not exactly.. personally i feel Accent (1.5L Auto) really consumes much more petrol as compared to Matrix n Getz.... and Accent's engine is really noisy.... Getz and Matrix, i'm not too sure cos never driven one long enuf to get an accurate reading.
However, heard from neighbour who owns a Matrix, always complaint that the car is very thirsty... Guess the Getz shld not be too bad given its light weight... -
