Car Buying: Which model / make for 1st time budget car buyer

  hi,
  everybody here i guess all are car owners:
  
  i'm intending to buy a used car but on a tight budget, and i get confused with the terms parf & paper value?
  
  does anybody have any tips or advice for me?
  
  my budget is about $20K to $25 do u think i can find a reasonable car? is over 10 years old nissian sunny a good buy??

  I think u need to go to classified ads and then try to find a price that is closest to your budget. If you are budget conscious, just try to remember that car is to bring you from point A to point B and reliable.
