Feedback on the New Mazda 3 Sport needed... pls help..

Hi hi.. I just joined this forum and i would like to ask around for feedback on the new Mazda 3 Sport.. wonder could anyone help me.. -
heard its not bad and all.....but can consider forking out not that much more for a mazda 6.

don't really think it's worth the money.... except for the fact that is looks bigger and better than the old 323, that car doesn't have much power, 103bhp only... even the old 323 has 107bhp... though i don't really know whether this difference is significant. but from what i heard from my friend who owns a luxury model, mazda 3 feels lertargic when accelerating, wonder whether it's due to the size, the boot looks pretty roomy for me.

no regrets, have been waiting 4 few months and collected today. damn smooth and pick up quite good! interior and ext no need to comment further!!!

mazda did a splendid job detailing the car. excellent sporty exterior, elevated refinement in internal ergonomics. this car looks way better then any of the other new 1.6 cat cars on the roads nowadays. sadly, they paid so much attention to the styling that they have not done much for the engine.
admittedly, the twin cam engine does give some minute semblence of a "grunt" when pressed. however, the engine failed to impress me in comparisoin with the previous 323, which is essentially using almost the same engine. mazda should have spent more time improving this department instead of juz changing the clothes, but keeping the internal organs.
the civic has the type-R. the lancer has the evo. maybe its time for mazda to reinvent their pocket rocket department. -
i thot it is using a new VVT engine? similar to VVTi without the 'i' which is a intelligence computer chip...

Ok, 103bhp and 107 is minute and makes absolutely close to no difference. What about torque? What about the weight of the car? power to weight ratio should be used for comparison instead of straight of power. Is it more fuel efficient compared to the 323? Nice car tho... any difference betw the sports and the other versions in terms of engine specs rather than just the fog lights, etc? -

ok... but I sure would not compare the RX8 to a NSX or a GTO either. Anyway, the GTO is too heavy... then again, lots are complaining that the Evo is too heavy too.. "shrug"..

MPS stands for Mazda performance series. the MPS 6 concept, i remember, had 280bhp. very very mean. -

...tried driving 250bhp and 170bhp cars, too powerful for me. Jus wasting the extra bhp cos me dun dare to floorboard
