The Rear door cannot be close easily

  Hi to all altis owner,
  
  I realise my Boot door must be push hard downward to get it close. By doing a tap downward cannot help to close the Rear door.
  Does it happen to yours also?Is this normal for Altis? Cause, my previous 3 cars never need so much strength to close the Rear door.
